Post Workshop Deliverables

Post workshop deliverables. Creating value within six functional pillars.

Group Brainstorming

Typically, 300+ ideas are generated during the course of a Critical Few Weekend Workshop. The ideas are evaluated and prioritized by level of return on investment. We start with the Seven Functional Pillars and assign initiatives based on the particular need of the portfolio company. It’s been our experience that organizations can successfully implement only three to five initiatives at a time while running the day-to-day business. Here is a list of typical initiatives produced by Arrow Up Partners.

Ideas Categorized by Six Pillars

Workshop brainstorming ideas are sorted and prioritized into six key business pillars:
1.) Investment
2.) Operations
3.) Organization
4.) Products and Services
5.) Marketing
6.) Sales

Create the Critical Few Charters

Prioritized list of the top 3 critical initiatives and possibly 2 growth charters. Charters include budgets, resources, tactics, accountabilities and timing.

Lead the Implementation of Charters

Arrow Up Partners integrates into the team at an interim C-level to provide hands-on support for the implementation of the Critical Few Initiatives. Our goal is to empower, train, and supplement existing team members to successfully deliver the results defined in the Critical Few Workshop, then replace ourselves when appropriate. We also provide ongoing coaching and support for team members.

Team Support

As the Critical Few Initiatives are delivered, the result is usually high growth. With growth comes the need for increased staffing and in some cases, integration of new companies with add-on investments. Arrow Up Partners works within this changing dynamic to coach and support your team to maintain the successful implementation of initiatives within the Critical Few Roadmap.

Manage Accountability

To ensure that the organization remains on target, Arrow Up Partners will conduct regular accountability meetings. All deliverables and budget expenditures are tracked as part of ongoing project management. Accountability meetings involve senior management as sponsors of the initiatives.
